Jaime Casaverde

Geologist with more than 25 years of experience in exploration, evaluation, management, administration and negotiation of mining projects in Peru-Chile. He worked in important multinational companies, he was Manager of Explorations-Peru for the Trafigura Group and previously Assistant Manager of Explorations for CORMIN S.A., he was also Head of Explorations for Catalina Huanca S.A.C and Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A; He also served as project chief geologist for Minera Anglo Peruana S.A. Consulting. and Hochschild Mining. He has solid knowledge of the geology of porphyry copper, epithermal gold and polymetallic deposits (Skarn, MVT, IOCG-VMS), as well as exploration methods (geological, geochemical, geophysical) and their applications in the efficient search and evaluation of mining resources and reserves, complying with high safety, environmental and community relations standards. He is a professional geoscientist registered in the Registry of Qualified Persons of the Lima Stock Exchange - BVL; and author of NI 43-101 technical reports; he is a member of the College of Engineers of Peru. He has a QUICK-MBA, from GERENS (School of Management and Economics) and a Diploma in Evaluation of Mining Projects from the Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD – Chile). Fluency in: Spanish, English and Quechua.

Carlos Miranda

Geologist, Master in Mining Management, inserted in mining explorations in almost all of Peru, for more than 20 years, in the search and evaluation of epithermal deposits of high sulphidation and low sulphidation (monometallic and polymetallic), copper-molybdenum porphyry, skarn, carbonate replacements, weathering (uranium), integrated into social, environmental and occupational safety management, achieving the viability and sustainability of the assigned projects. Positions held range from senior geologist, through project manager, to exploration management occupation.
